The Daily Mirror are reporting that Theo Walcott has flown back to the UK after he suffered a groin injury training with the national squad.
Walcott will miss the World Cup qualifiers with San Marino and Montenegro and possibly our tie with Reading on Saturday 30th.
The Montenego game would have been a chance for Walcott to see 'potential' Arsenal signing Stevan Jovetic in action. A game that a lot of Gooner's will be paying close attention to.
However this setback may actually be a blessing in disguise as Walcott's health is detrimental to our bid for the fourth-spot. Let's just hope it isn't too serious.
