The Arsenal striker who's on a season-long loan at Juventus was pulled over for driving erratically in Copenhagen, Denmark, and consequently was detained by the police for being a drunk, arrogant twat.
Bendtner released this statement on his 'twat-er' page:
You see how he tried to reel-in your empathy with the word 'mild'.
Well the Danish FA (DBU) didn't buy it and have banned him from International duty for 6 months.
"The DBU had given Nicklas Bendtner six months to reflect on his International future. The DBU respects the right of all players to a private life, but equally there are certain rules of public behavior that International players are expected to respect".
More time for Nicklas to widen that gap on Lionel Messi.
