David Moyes is supposedly frustrated at Goodison Park as Everton's financial shackles are way too restricting for his future plans. (Not too sure how this will differ at Arsenal?)
What do you think about Moyes taking over?
He's not my first choice but he can't be worse than Wenger at this stage.
